Rumor is that the 16 or 17 Burb will be coming back with a 3/4T option and a possibility of a Duramax power plant.

And I will be in line. Loved the excursion I drove for a bit and considered picking one up a while back but the wife wasn't having it.

Yeah, haven't had much time to work on it with the kids and whatnot. The in-laws moved so I lost the shop it was in also.

I'm working on the motor in my Impala now, and I'm thinking once it's done and back on the road the burb will get its spot in the garage.

I have an 07 Ltz with 150k. Have had a few sensor problems recently but nothing that I couldn't fix. I wouldn't think twice about buying another one.

I had my dod turned off earlier this year and being bone stock nothing was done to the engine tune other then adjusting how the transmission shifts. It picked up 2 mpgs and it drives so much better now.

                        Owned 4 so far.

2007 Tahoe- 99k miles, zero problems

                        2009 Tahoe - 119k miles, zero problems

2011 Suburban LT, 97k miles, battery and brakes

2011 Suburban z71, 91k miles, have had minor electrical problems, did the TSBs on it for grounding issues, knock on wood, it hasn't had the problem since.

Definitely get a tune, gears if you can and/or go up in tire size... Would definitely buy another

Love the way they look leveled with tires

I was going to have Farmtruc Nelson do my next tune (San Antonio) or Houston House of Power. Both have many, many raving reviews.

                            Yes, turn off AFM asap....

I'll have to look into what a leveling kit costs, they definitely look good with one and some bigger tires. I'll check the RPO tomorrow to see what gearing I have in this Tahoe, it has pretty solid get up and go, enough to throw you back in your seat but i'm curious to know the ratio.
