If they are going to try and charge me $300 for something I could get for $200, I will procure it myself. But if they will charge around cost i'll let them handle it.

Also, I already have rear discs from an 07' GT on my car, are they going to do just the welding/install and I will tow it home and do the connectors and bleed the system or are they a one stop shop?

I don't mind trading in my 07 brakes, calipers and rotors if they will take some off the top. They've had 3000 miles on them...since 2008

Dicks' is a good place for the work. In that neighborhood Grubbs Motorsports sets up a lot of rear ends for folks. Best I know in town. I even had 4wheel parts do one 8.8 I had (flip spring pads and weld new shock mounts) but they later declined my request to do another, not sure why.

If you have your measurements and a clear/concise plan for modifications, and have removed and will drop off the rear end, any qualified welder should fix you up.

I can ask, but if it were me, I'd want to be compensated for the time and effort of finding the right rear and laying in the dirt to uninstall and haul it to the shop. With that in mind, homealone's price is a pretty good one.

I'll see what I can find out. I know they're busy right now. My guess would be just the fab work and let you install.

I don't know of a shop in the world that is going to credit someone for used brake parts. You're likely better off selling them.
