I was nearly ran off a two lane road at about 8:20 this morning, by what I assume to be a drunk driver, who swerved into my lane. He then cont continued out of eyesight, weaving down the wrong side of the road.

In cases like this where a driver willfully commits murder, justice would be better served if the perpetrator was dragged from his/her vehicle and beaten senseless by the crowd on hand before law enforcement makes the arrest.
