Why does she entertain him by answering? If she never sent one text back this wouldn't be happening. He knows he gets a reaction out of her so he is trolling.

OR she knows him, fucked him, them dumped him now he is salty buying prepaid phones annoying her. She will never admit that but that's my first guess.

She's making a mistake by continuing to reply to his texts. She's just feeding the troll. There shouldn't be anything else said after stop texting me. Just block the number in the spam settings within the text app. Just repeat the process with every new number he calls from. Problem solved. Lot of options on the table to address this problem, especially considering there is a rape threat. Yet, this situation has been ongoing for over a year with not much done about it until now.

Like I said earlier, I think there's more to this story.

Guys name is Ivan, he works for Stream Energy. Around July 4, 2014, this guy knocked on her door doing utility bill comparison quotes. Stream Energy quoted less money so she agreed to change service. A few days later she received a text from a random number saying it was the guy from the utility company and asking her out. She said it was unprofessional for him to contact her like that and declined. He asked again and she text back that if he didnt quit texting she would contact his supervisor and let them know what he was doing. No ore texts...... Months later she received texts from a random number along with vulgar pics, she blocked and saved the number. Some time later, a different random number, more texts, more vulgar images, & she blocked and saved the number again. Then last Thursday she got the texts I posted from test another random #. She didn't open the images because she assumed they'd be vulgar again. I asked if she opened them when I noticed the image link and she said she hadn't. I had her forward them to me, opened the first pic and it was a guy in a car with a fan of $100 bills. I sent her the pic and asked if she recognized the guy, she said it we the stream energy guy from over a year ago. Dumb ass made the rape comment, sent his pic, and the second vulgar pic. She went back to the police today and spoke with a different officer, he indicated he'd make sure someone got on it and was not happy that the previous officers didn't make a report when she showed them the texts on Thursday.

No sir, it's in the Gainesville area. Hopefully the officer she spoke with yesterday will get her infoconto the right hands. She was very pleased with the help she received yesterday, nothing what she experienced on Thursday.
