And he is free...
FORT WORTH – A man charged with the murder of a football fan outside AT&T Stadium in October was released on bond Wednesday morning.
Marvin Rodriguez, 28, was fitted with an ankle monitor after leaving the Tarrant County jail.
Relatives of the victim, Ricky Sells, are furious over the bond reduction.
District Judge George Gallagher lowered bond from $300,000 to a total of $110,000.
Prosecutors objected. Sells' sister, Victoria Gunning, wept at the news.

"Knowing that I'll never, ever get to see him, kiss him, hug my little baby brother...*tell him how much I love him," she said from her home in Mexia. "It's not right."
Police said Sells was trying to break up a fight outside AT&T Stadium when Rodriguez shot him in the neck.
Although Judge Gallagher lowered the bond, he set tight restrictions on Rodriguez. He must stay with his parents, stay away from guns, wear a GPS monitor, and be supervised for alcohol use. He can leave his parents' house only to go to work, to court, or to see his attorney or a probation officer.
"Where's my brother's rights?" Gunning said. "He didn't get bail; he got a graveyard."
The family held Sells' service two weeks ago. *His fiancée*is due to give birth to what would have been his first child next month.
"She never is going to get to know the man we all know and love," Gunning said.
Marvin Rodriguez is charged with murder and aggravated assault.
Sells*survived long enough for his organs to be donated

Sucks for the family, but truthfully this hit close to home for us via soap, but this shit happens all the time. I'd probably go on the lam myself.
