I sold a car a while back and the guy never transfered it and is running through tolls. I have miss placed the bill of sale and only have his phone number now. Can someone find out his info from his number? I remember his first name being Jacob. Any help would be appreciated.

There's a piece of the title you're supposed to tear off and submit when you sell a vehicle, VTR90 or something maybe? you can still fill it out online and backdate it to the date of sale.

Never sell a car with out making buyer sign transfer papers. Shit happened to me a while back and it saved my ass on toll fees.

Or better yet, remove the plates. That will force them to register immediately and you'll never get stuck with any fines related to the plates.
