Torque Boxes

I need some help with a local shop to help me weld and alighn rear supension. I took it to body man and he used some black paste. The car doesn't jerk like it used to but I'm not satisfied with the work. I have installed some torque boxes reinforcements but need to do it right. I am pretty sure the whole rear suspension will need to be taken apart before the weld happens. It is a 99 mustang convertible.
