Painted needed in the Crandall/Forney area

I need someone to caulk baseboards and door trim and then paint. Looking to sell here in the very near future and needs to finish some projects and the only way they will get done is by hiring someone. Any recommendations.......

Go by a residential construction site and find a painter. That would be the cheapest way to go. Though if you see Vidal's Painting on the Van, run. He is a pain to deal with. He is the painter my company uses and I can't stand working with him.

In the end I get a good finished product, but it requires babysitting, and sending thrm back multiple times to get the work done.
