Serious question, are frivolous lawsuits thrown out anymore?

Edit: Sorry for the gasser64 type question. It seems there is a lot of stupid judgments in court these days.

Irving should move forward with hoax bomb chares against that little piece of shit and his family.
    (13) "Hoax bomb" means a device that:

    (A) reasonably appears to be an explosive or incendiary device; or

    (B) by its design causes alarm or reaction of any type by an official of a public safety agency or a volunteer agency organized to deal with emergencies.

It'll never make it to court, insurance will settle out of court.

People have lost limbs and not been awarded $15MM...

You can sue for anything you want these days, if he wins that's another matter altogether.

Achmed went "home" this week to Sudan -- a safe haven for all clock/bomb inventors.*

And while he was there, he met with Sudanese President Omar Hassan al-Bashir, a man accused of orchestrating genocide and other crimes against humanity.*The Washington Post*adds to these accolades:

Bashir is no ordinary world leader. He has an outstanding arrest warrant from the International Criminal Court, for example, for allegedly orchestrating genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes in Darfur. The country he leads is under a variety of U.S. sanctions. His government harbored Osama bin Laden for five years in the 1990s. A leaked U.S. diplomatic cable published by WikiLeaks even suggested he may have secretly stolen $9 billion in oil money.

The Mohamed family has a history with President*Bashir. Ahmed's father, Mohamed Elhassan Mohamed, ran*against him in two presidential elections, one just this past February, months before his son became famous for scaring a school half to death. However, Bashir allegedly blocked Mohamed's name from the ballot, leading to increased tensions between the two. But now, that tension appears to have subsided. (See photo above.)

Ahmed, who now has an official verified Twitter account indicating his new-found celebrity status, tweeted a homecoming message earlier this week:
