I'm paying a finders fee (cash) for referrals on heavy equipment/fleet repair

Business has slowed down so I am offering a $100 finders fee for anyone who can refer me some business. If you refer them to me and I invoice $1000 or more, I will send you $100 cash. My business works on any heavy equipment but we concentrate on construction equipment (skid steers, excavators, telehandlers etc). I have a mobile setup so I can travel to the customers site. Probably not any help, but have you tried contacting equipment rental shops, perhaps they have some issues/backlog you can help fix, like on a contract basis, or outsourced project?
