    Shit, imagine if you're one of those private equity investors and then the Feds ban fantasy ... fuck. Hundreds of millions down the drain.

      I think they knew the risk going in and still dumped the cash into it. It's not like they never thought the Feds would really look at a gambling firm.

              You are right, there is always risk.

              So if the Feds come in and deem it all illegal. What happens to all that money? If it is all been sent offshore, I assume the funds can be froze, but the investor would absolutely get nothing back. Right?

                              Just think how much those damn sites must be raking in, if they are paying out so many millions a day in fantasy leagues. I've never logged into one, no plans to ever try.
