It's a shame for that price it didn't come with a cow skin rug.

This, If you used a credit card then use their customer service to dispute this with RTG.

I used the RTG credit card because they had 0% interest. Planned on paying it off in less than 12 months.

Fwiw, it's not just Rooms To Go. I've been going around and around with Haverty's for three months now and the shit still isn't right. Their customer service, quality control, store management and warehouse management are all fucking worthless. Don't EVER buy from Haverty's.

From what I saw when furniture shopping, most of the chains have the same stuff. Sometimes branded differently but all from the same Vietnamese factory. The only variable was price from store to store. Homezone, rtg, Ashley all carried a lot of the same crap.

Yeah, I don't think I would have noticed either. From the pics it almost looks like it is supposed to be like that. Then again, the pics may not be really showing how bad it is.

I would probably just keep it but ask for a bigger discount than $150.. Especially since it's just the bed. I bet that once a comforter is over it you won't even notice it.

So does most of the mom and pop shops. They all seem to pull inventory from the same manufacturers.

You probably have to drop some major coin to get true quality furniture.

Yep or have it custom built... Or build it yourself.

Is there any chance the sides are backwards (swapped left and right)? I had a bedframe from Home Decorators Collection that didnt line up properly but I had the sides backwards.

We swapped the sides and got the same results. Just stopped by RTG to talk with them about it. They were actually pretty cool about it. Found out that they discontinued that model to replace it with something new. Manager asked if I would give him till Monday to get with his vender to see what new sets they were coming out with and if there was one I liked he would give me full credit to use on the new set and work out any differences in price. There was a sales guy on the floor that has the exact same bed as mine and I asked him if his lined up and he said no. Showed him the pics and he said his is exactly like mine. But I'm sure he didn't pay what I paid. So I'm going to wait till Monday to see what they come up with.

Whats causing it not to line up? Can it be shimmed out?
