No, he's assuming that everyone is equipped with a brain and also can use it. The problem is we have far too many people who roll through life without the slightest desire to think about anything. There's a warning label on everything, seat belts and air bags, guard rails, etc to keep you from doing anything too stupid to pay the ultimate price.

Dumbshits like this have never learned basic gun safety, or even fired the weapon. That's why when they are interrogated after killing someone during a robbery they all say "it just went off".

        Fuckin idiot, good riddance.

I'm sure somehow it will be white people's fault.

He stole the gun from a white man. It would have never happened if whitey didn't the gun in the first place.

A white man engineered the gun.

If they run the serial # and find it was stolen, will the owner get it back?

I don't know how these things work when there is a homicide with that weapon.

I had a pistol stolen by the moving company 14 years ago. I noticed it missing the night it was taken and reported it immediately that night to the sheriff's department with the serial number. They said to wait and make sure it wasn't accidentally packed. Of course it didn't show up and the moving company just paid it out via insurance money. About 4 or 5 years later, I got a call from ATF in Ohio (gun stolen in NC and I live in TX). The gun was used in a robbery. I sent a copy of the report I filed to them. I never got the pistol back.

Considering it was a pistol I don't think so. Well at least he couldn't purchase it since he was only 19 years old.
