Unless you have gold/silver, your paper will be worthless anyway.

<------- while some buy metals such as gold and silver, some of us also invest in brass.

If we're talking Apocalypse (nuclear, zombie, etc), I absolutely agree. If we're talking market instability or collapse, precious metals will hold value.

I've worked a lot of trades, so I'm banking on the barter system.

I really don't want to derail this thread.

Simply live paycheck to paycheck and you'll not have any worries about banks withholding much if any of your money.

I pay an extra $10 and send all my shit through moneygram. My insurance I just drive the the office and hand em the money order.

I know that every time you finance a car or a house there is a bank involved. That is your lender. But I refuse to have a middleman like personal bank account

Yeah, I have a small short one at all times. Have never posted otherwise. The annual returns on that trade the last 5 years are 56%, 70%, 63%, 59%, and 42%.

It's getting closer to my point of increasing the short though.

You and slow99 should date. You both have passive aggressiveness down pat.

Update(just in case anyone cares to know)- I went and spoke to a real estate attorney. I was looking to have a restraining order filed against WF. The attorney advised me that it would be expensive($4-5k) and that he suggested we send them a cease and desist letter stating that if they dont meet our terms we will be filling 2 different lawsuits. One for wrongful foreclosure and the other for unfair credit reporting practices. We've stated that we're willing to pay all of the payments for the loan modifications we were approved for for the past 7 months and that we want all of the negative credit reports removed. The lawyer said we should hear a response within 2 business days.
I hope and pray that they accept. I dont want to have to file a restraining order and go to court over everything.

Did you put something in there to get WF to pay your attorney's fees since this is technically their fault?
