I still cant tell if lamborghini dallas is at fault though...too much info is left out with regards to who arranged shipping.

I have a hard time feeling bad for any party in this case.

Sweet, you can pickup a 458 Italia for under $200k!

You and slow99 should date. You both have passive aggressiveness down pat.

            The dealership arranged shipping.

If you were shipping a Ferrari, why would you not verify your shipper's credentials?

I haven't done much research on them yet, but I'm assuming Perez had credentials at one time, and they have been revoked. Lambo of Dallas probably checked them out the first time they used them, then continued using them without ever verifying again.

Yes. But what business are you referring to?

There isn't really a big role when it comes to setting up transportation.
The dealership probably had a Perez business card laying around from a past shipment, called him up and sent the car West.

You'd probably be shocked at how many small businesses I deal with that don't know how e-mail works, much less have an account. Oh they can text photos all day long but sending an e-mail from an iphone is completely baffling.

They are authorized for transport, but I can't find any insurance listed for them.
