Any men's league baseball players here?

Looking to join a team this fall.

Played through college.

29 years old, 6'3", 210, in good shape, have played the past 4 years.

INF can pitch but shoulder surgery makes me regret it for a week, Bat R, Throw R

If anyone is on a team that's looking for players or knows anyone who is let me know.

Otherwise I'll prepare my flame suit.

Yeah, both leagues are all over, but I think Riverchon Park is the one you're referring to.

Before I sign up as a free agent I wanted to see if anyone I know in any regard is on a team.

Usually the shit teams pull players off the waiver wire and I'd like to be on a remotely competitive squad.

I think they have a fall wooden bat league coming up. Not sure who it's put on by, but it is played at that park by Turtle Creek and Scottish Rite Hospital.

I played in both of those. I don't remember which is which but I didn't like the one run by JD Magee (McGee?). He plays as well as runs the league, and his team always seems to come out ahead in the playoffs. We had a few big calls go against us, in their favor, in the championship.

Baseball is fun but the leagues are expensive. You can get so many more games for your dollar playing slow pitch softball, and I think it's more fun.

Lincolnboy is actually really good at baseball. We just never could figure out why he tried to slide into every base headfirst with his mouth open.
