I just had this conversation with my buddy, 2k is a horrible price to pay to get back what was once yours over some BS, but it's still way less than his attorney estimated it would cost to roll the dice. Their original plan was to try to take it out of city court to county, and request a change to another county, but there wasnt any guarantee on that either. The day after if happened, his attorney told him to write it off.

Its a fucking shame ya'll had to go through this Baron, but you now you all know what I have/had been going through with the Plano Police Dept. I spent a lot of time and money to prove a point which in my case didn't turn out like yours but hopefully it opened some eyes at city hall.
In my last grasp, I had a meeting with the city attorney, one that lasted two hours and when it was done, she knew, that I knew what the fuck was going on...
