Shit everybody has a recall or 2, or 3. Always had good luck with mine at least. It's actually rare I have to work on dodge trucks nowadays

Since dodges are getting bashed, I'm finishing a motor job in a Tahoe tomorrow and starting to pull second motor out of a Ford pickup after the used replacement was worse lol. Yeah ill stick with my old reliable. (Crossing fingers I didn't jinx myself)

Just got back from the dealership. The service advisors acted like they didn't know anything about it.

If you don't have the info for the specific vehicles in the system yet, fine, just say that. Don't act like you haven't heard about it when you work at a freaking Dodge dealership. It's all over the news and I've heard it in passing in other conversations. Idiots.

Par for the course from any stealership. Cept MAYBE a toyota stealership. I never could figure out what these people's problems are when it comes to not knowing their heads from their assholes. I'm leaning towards cheaping out on computer systems administrators and programming. Or never even understanding the need for a proper setup to begin with. But thats probably only part of it.

It's because warranty work doesn't pay shit, so dealerships do as little as possible. They really hate big recalls, because they're giving up man hours they could be charging full price for.
