This is a custom truck, but I like it. Twin turbo Duramax conversion, Allison, etc. I'd detail the engine bay, put the factory grill back in and drive it.

A lot of people dont understand the value of these C10's right now. I'm still waiting on the craze to die back down. They are definitely at their peak and right now is the right time to be doing what you are doing, but if you plan on keeping one it is not the right time to buy, unless you do the resto yourself IMO.

You would be amazed how many owners can't post a correct /proper ad.

that aint no shit. I love searching for misspellings, those seem to net the best results of adds for stuff that is stagnant, since searches for the correctly spelled words exclude them.

The original owner bought it and never drove the thing, only showed it in local shows. That guy bought it last year. If he puts it on Ebay I bet it would bring 25k.
Come on, You really don't believe this or you would have bought it and put it on eBay yourself.

Rodney actually hit the nail on the head with his post. The market is overheated. Furthermore, there are much more collectible cars out there for the price.

You think these things will come back down in a year or so?

Most people I talk to have nothing but good things to say about you, but you sure come across as a condescending prick. Do you have an inferiority complex you've attempted to overcome through overachievement? Or were you fondled as a child?

You and slow99 should date. You both have passive aggressiveness down pat.

No, I don't see much profit in it, thats why I didn't go after it. $22k sale price, $1500 to get here, I'm looking at $1500 profit at best, why waste time on something like that when 4-6k deals are out there?

In reference to coming down, prices will drop a tad during winter months, but the only real drop we would see in my opinion would be during the next recession or economic downturn.
