I know at the restaurant I always write ppl up for less important stuff if I feel like they will be gone soon..

Do they have a company/employee handbook?

What is their SOP for terminations?
ie., do they provide warnings, written and verbal, are there a certain number of each prior to firing? Is language considered (expressed or implied) a fireable offense?

If they acted counter to any of the above, hire an employment attorney and do work.

You don't just get fired for foul launguage. Besides trying to pick up female co workers please tell me they gave you their numbers and not from the work database.
