I would certainly go to corporate and ask for a review of the events. If that does not work out. Try HEB...Albertsons, any and all other stores. They have to be looking for someone with all the years of experience! Turn it into a positive and go on down the road. Probably easier to explain using "a cuss word" than a lot of other possible termination experiences.

That sucks man. There won't be any being written when it comes to something like this. This is absolutely about you becoming a supervisor and then sexually harassing your subordinates. They used the petty shit to cut you lose before someone decided to lawyer up and file suit. They can't cite the sexually harassment as grounds for dismissal because it will open them up for the lawsuit.

Everything mentioned plus gettin complacent. I know you posted a screen shot of the girl who probably got you fired telling you that you should be working and you responded with "I've paid my dues". I've lost many good people for becoming to relaxed and forgetting all the things that made them successful to begin with.
