Sorry to hear the bad news, but the cussing deal is not the real reason, something else was going on.

I've been on both sides of that conversation, and it sucks either way.

Texas is a “At-Will” state, it would do you zero good to fight it, and potentially ruin any chance of a good recommendation if there is any. Hold your head up, work on that resume, and get it out there.

I agree that there's more too it than just the cussing, perhaps hitting on underlings has caught up to you. Clean up your language, and go to the bars, not the break-room to pick up chicks.

The district manager came in last night and he was pissed that the lines were long. About me and the other manager we're both in checkstand. I told him there's nothing I can do this is the schedule you going to store manager make. I'm just trying to get by with limited resources are given to me. So yeah I think they want me gone.

Maybe it will cheer you up... I told a "racist" Mexican joke to a coworker who was Mexican, and he thought it was hilarious. The older white guy that overheard it was appalled and got me fired for being racist. I was 18 or so at the time. Luckily, I learned my lesson at a young age.
