I believe she was also a blacklivesmatter activist. Considering her apparent mental illness dealing with depression in her social media postings, I wouldn't be surprised if she off'ed herself just to promote her cause.

And to add, she escalated that situation and got what she wanted. The cop was foolish enough to let her get him excited. All of which, hadn't nothing to do with the suicide obviously.

I wouldn't say she was looking for trouble. Forgetting to signal isn't looking for trouble. Instead she failed to maintain control over her emotions.

There is plenty of blame to go around on the arrest. She should have kept her trap shut. He shouldn't have escalated the situation even more. She shouldn't have kicked him (allegedly). However I weigh this more on the officer because he's supposed to be the professional here. He had no business telling her to put out a cig. He had no business pulling her out of the car and threatening her with the taser. If he had done the right thing, he would have just handed her the warning and sent her on her way. At worse, he should have changed the warning to a genuine ticket.

As for the suicide, I'm reserving judgement. I can see how this could have escalated so far that she would kill herself but it's damn fishy.

I also want more information on whether or not the video was edited. If it WAS edited, there should be hell to pay.


edit: The lesson of the day is clear to most of us though, don't screw with a man that has a gun and a badge. Even if you're in the right, you're gonna be wrong. In this case, you're gonna be dead.

I should've been more clear....I totally agree with you that it was a chicken shit stop to begin with, on behalf of the DPS Officer...that wasn't what I meant with her looking for trouble. However, the way that she acted from the moment he walked up to her window, and continuing to be a cunt was absolutely her looking for trouble. Stink-eyeing him and acting like a socially inept bitch from that point is what set the little Napoleon off and ended up with her somewhat injured in the back of a patrol car and then spending 3 days in the clink....which was apparently enough time for her self-admitted depression and PTSD to take over and choke a bitch out like Wayne Brady!

This lady was all about "black lives matter", police brutality, and rampant racism all over social media. If you feel like the next police office you encounter is going to randomly shoot you for being black, why would you sit there and run your mouth without a care in the world? In 87 or 88 I believe a guy that I knew while I was in high school hung himself in the Lewisville City jail and died a few days later in the hospital. He was only there for a traffic ticket but was manic depressive. His friends had tried to take his meds to him but the jail refused to accept them. There was talk of a lawsuit but I do not know if it went anywhere since his family was estranged from him and he lived with some friends.

I am ashamed to admit it but I can not fully remember his name. It was Ty something.
