When I smoked every time I was stopped the cop asked me to put my cigarette out. It's not uncommon. With the attitude she had I wouldn't want to have to deal with a lit smoke either.

The Trooper lost his composure and allowed that bitch to escalate the situation beyond what a normal traffic stop should entail.

He should have let her stay in the car, call for back up, and hauled her ass to jail once assistance arrived.

I'm sure they'll be trying to blame her actions on anybody and everybody but herself.

Its not illegal to be an asshole to a cop, the police man escalated the situation way beyond what was necessary.

Give me a break.

Obviously his actions were not the direct cause of her death.

Maybe so but you can't fuck with them they will win. In my younger days I used to talk shit all it did was get me trips to jail and more tickets. You wanna fight the law that's fine but let a lawyer do it for you

Just another case of someone being punished for contempt of cop. It's not illegal to smoke in your own car. These fucking cops now a days are a fucking joke. There was absolutely no reason at all to ask her to step out of her car. The police have one fucking job, uphold the law, they can't do it when they don't even know what the laws are. There have been so many shootings of unarmed people and shootings with cops claiming "they fear for their life" lately its pathetic. If you're so in fear for your life of every little thing that happens, you're not qualified to be and shouldn't be a fucking cop.

Cop got his feelings hurt as they often do and then needlessly escalated the situation. He probably had nothing to do with her death but now even that is in question because his buddies will do everything they can to act like what he did was acceptable.

I have not seen where the Trooper is getting any support from anybody... just that he'd violated standard procedures and has now been place on desk duty.

Mouthy, entitled, black thugs, whether male of female, are not held to same rules and laws as the rest of us...

I guess, just like the cops in McKinney,TX and Furgeson,MO, somebody forgot to send that message down to the officers on patrol.

                                In summary - 2 wrongs don't make a right!

She was looking for trouble and he was a little man with a badge.
