There is plenty of blame to go around on the arrest. She should have kept her trap shut. He shouldn't have escalated the situation even more. She shouldn't have kicked him (allegedly). However I weigh this more on the officer because he's supposed to be the professional here. He had no business telling her to put out a cig. He had no business pulling her out of the car and threatening her with the taser. If he had done the right thing, he would have just handed her the warning and sent her on her way. At worse, he should have changed the warning to a genuine ticket.
As for the suicide, I'm reserving judgement. I can see how this could have escalated so far that she would kill herself but it's damn fishy.
I also want more information on whether or not the video was edited. If it WAS edited, there should be hell to pay.
edit: The lesson of the day is clear to most of us though, don't screw with a man that has a gun and a badge. Even if you're in the right, you're gonna be wrong. In this case, you're gonna be dead.
