The dash cam video is now being replayed by the media over and over and over...

and all she had to do was comply...but refused.

It escalated from a routine traffic stop to a felony arrest all because she refused to put out a cigarette, angering the cop. As soon as she said she knew her rights, he decided it was time to be an asshole and ruin her day / life. Typical cop power trip bullshit. Felony Evading Arrest and Assault of a Public Servant? Give me a break.

Obviously his actions were not the direct cause of her death.

I am staunchly pro-police, but from the dash cam video spoon fed to us thus far by the news media, this officer was way out of line brandishing a tazer. Just like any other weapon, a LEO has no business pulling it out unless it's likely to be needed. Was he in fear of his life or the lives of others by the actions of this individual? Nonetheless, his incompetence has little to do with the prisoner's death, other than perhaps incorrectly placing her in the environment where her death occurred.

I've only watched one video and it was the entire length of the stop. Car being towed and all. They had an ambulance out there for that as well. Don't know if thats with one everyone is watching. It's almost an hour long.
