  • Odd request - Looking for items from the Baker Hotel

I'm looking for various items that came from the Baker in Mineral Wells. Specifically room keys with the plastic tags, brochures, items that are stamped with the name, etc.

If anyone here has anything, please shoot me a PM.

    Thanks.

Hasn't that thing been abandoned and closed for like 30 years.

      No. SVO owns it.
I don't like Republicans, but I really FUCKING hate Democrats.

Sex with an Asian woman is great, but 30 minutes later you're horny again.

        Should have known.

Yeah, it's been shut down forever.

Yeah, but I think it either was on a ghost hunter show recently or is about to be on a ghost hunter show in the near future.

I believe it's been closed since '53. There is an investor group that is close to starting the renovation process. I've been on the first couple floors, it's a really cool building.

Looks like you are correct on the restoration part:

Always heard it was haunted. Definitely a neat site and staple of Mineral Wells. I'm glad to see someone is going to try and fix it up.

Definitely taking the wife there if it reopens. Would love to see some ghouls.

Sweet! A nice place to stay when buying meth.

Really pretty part of Texas, sad to see how run down it has become.

Same here. My fiance absolutely loves the building. That's why I'm looking for items from there. Working on her birthday gift.

I'd love to get a room if/when it reopens. Will be interesting to see what happens and how long it takes to renovate.

Try the antique stores in and around Mineral Wells.

Probably a silly question, but have you checked Ebay? Maybe Criagslist as well?
