What's the sickest you have ever been?

Recovering from a really bad case of pneumonia myself. I wouldnt wish this on my worst enemy. Took me about 10 days to get where i am now which i can sit up and eat solid food.

I have never had pneumonia before, so this is a first, but i definitely hope its the last.

104+ degree fevers had me in not a good place. Lots of ice bags needed to keep me cool.

I had bronchitis one. Had an inhaler but it wasn't quite as bad as pneumonia.

The sickest i ever was, was when i had mono. That was horrible. It wasn't as bad as bronchitis, but it was being in a sick state, with all your energy drained for about 3 months. I'd go run to the store to go get food and cone right back home and feel like i was working all day straight up drained. It took another 3 months to get full energy back. I was out of work for a long time and had to come back slow. (was only a server /bartender so not a big deal)

I had some kind of gastrointestinal virus. I think I picked it up while in the hospital for my sons birth. We were there for 4 days and I started throwing up late night of day three and into day 4. We got home with my son and I took care of some things. My wife noticed spots on my back and they started showing up all over my body.

I ended up in the ER for a few hours and away from my wife and new born for a week straight.

The ER visit was more expensive than my sons birth.

I had West Nile in July 2012. I was pretty sick off and on for about 3 weeks.

No shit? I had a former boss die of West Nile. They just thought it was a flu. He went to the hospital by ambulance on a Sunday night unconscious. Never regained consciousness and died on Thursday. Otherwise pretty healthy guy.
