    Resident attorney?

    Do we have a resident attorney on the board? Matters concerning probate of will vs affidavit of heirship.

    Complicated case, lots of ins and outs........

          Check with Dewey (Gear_jammer) first. Not sure he gets into family law or not. You can also look to avvo.com, or search in your area for someone.
