Sounds like the typical doom and gloom, humans are evil bullshit from the left. If it isnt global cooling, it is global warming, until it is global weirding. Species are going extinct, so we pass the endangered species act, which is a huge success with species making comebacks, until that doesn't fit the agenda. Then we have a food shortage, unless you believe the guys who say we produce enough to feed the entire world, but there is drought except that it is cyclical except when it isn't. Too many people, we are overcrowded, excelt for the millions of square miles of open and uninhabited land over the world. Honestly, most of this sounds like a political solution that needs a problem that requires restrictive legislation. Humans have been here barely a blink of an eye in earth's life, and yet there was climate change and extinctions and periods of vast life and growth without us. Yes we have an effect on our environment, but the earth seems to have done a great job of cleaning and self healing in the past 4 billion years, and I don't think we have that great an effect on it. I don't want us dumping poison in the water, but I also don't think we are killing the entire planet. Remember the big bang theory? That was almost scientific fact until it was recently disproven, so take these scientific reports and measurements and speculations with a bit of skepticism.
