Dude sits in the service/bible study, and at the end just stands up and kills 9 people. He told one lady, "i want to keep you alive, so you can tell them all exactly what I have done." Apparently a 5 year old was spared as well, because he played dead as soon as the kid started shooting.

2. Made threats previously to doctor and/or family and friends

3. Parents were worried about him snapping, yet didn't lock the little bastard up.
