Anybody been on any DFW lakes?

We got stuck on a sandbar this weekend.

Guess it could be worst if the prop is okay, tends to be a hell of a jolt though if not expecting it.

Went out on whitney and saw one other boat in 3 hours. Saw a couple large floaters so we took it easy on the Jet Fleas.

Surreal being on the lake when it's that high since none of the usual landmarks are visible.

Yep, changed quite a bit from when I drove in Friday to when I drove out Sunday. There is a distinct water line in the trees and you could see the roofs and a little pole on the picnic structures in Kimball Bend. Those were completely under in most cases on friday...
