Hello from New Zealand

I landed in New Zealand a few hours ago after a stop over in Australia and am a bit jet lagged. I'm not cool enough to move to Oz for a year but I figure a month will work for me. I just thought I'd let yall know that if you hear about a crazy guy from Texas holding up the small island of New Zealand with a potato gun, don't be surprised.

Pretty place but gas is $2.48 a liter and a 12 pack of Dr. Pepper is $14.

Beautiful place but you're there at the start of winter. Definitely be a little cool for anytime at the beach, but still lots of places to see and things to do
