Looking at getting back into a new mustang as a daily driver. Looking at possibly a 2015 GT, Gt500, or a Boss302. Which would you pick and why ?

I would get the Boss 302, just because.

        White/black Boss = tits

That's exactly what I'm looking to purchase before fall. Love those cars. Don't like the Shelby's, wouldn't buy a new one so that's my choice.

New GT. It's a better car all around (subjective opinion on aesthetics notwithstanding), faster than the Boss. There's some caché to driving a Boss around, but new body style and chassis would win out for me. Plus either new or lower miles and longer warranty.

It depends on the following: estimated annual mileage, how long you plan of keeping it as a DD, and what you really want.

I`d rule out the 302 because that is like turning a race horse into a plow horse. A GT 500 would depend on the year and condition. An older mechanically sound one ( that wasn't abused ) would be a great choice because most of the depreciation has already happened. My issue with the `15 GT as a DD is first I don't like the new s550 style that much. Secondly, the instant depreciation hit that would take place the moment you signed the contract and it became a "used car". The upside of course is it would be a new car with a warranty. If I couldn't find the right GT 500 that was what I wanted in all aspects, then I would go with the `15 and drive it 7-10 years.

No GT350 option? New GT would do it for me as well. The new car feels light years more refined than my '12.

Boss, I think it will hold it's value a little better than the GT500, and certainly more than just a new GT.

                  Yep.
                  faster than the Boss.
Negative. I take it you haven't driven one yet.

My buddy just bought this orange GT, Performance Package M6.

After spending a week in a new 5.0, albeit a vert with 50th anniversary package, I would hands down take that option. I drove the shit out of that thing. Went from Atlanta to Hilton Head south Carolina in it. I got 23 mpg on the highway. It was a 6 speed. The looks are hit and miss, and for me the color makes a HUGE difference. It looks TITS in darker colors IMHO. I enjoyed it so much I had to talk myself out of trying to buy a Magnetic GT when we got home!

As far as mileage I either work from home or travel a lot. I actually almost bought a Boss 302 over christmas but the dealer didn't want to come to an agreement so I walked out. I am really leaning toward the 2015 GT. At first I didn't like the body style but after seeing it It has really grown on me.

I have driven an orange 2015 GT M6, and it was bad ass. What I haven't driven is a Boss, so there's that. I'm just going off of a fuzzy memory on something I saw on the interwebz, so I'm fully willing to admit dumbitude on that one.

Pardon my lack of knowledge, but what is the difference between a normal GT and a GT M6?

Manual 6 speed, as opposed to an auto.
