    My list would be:

Founders KBS, Peticolas Velvet Hammer, this years Rahr Pecker Wrecker, Jester King's Funk Metal Stout, Duchesse, Cuvee Des Jacobins Rouge, A Fistful of Unidragon, Adelbert's Triple Treat, DFH 120 minute, Rocherfort 10, St. Bernardus abt 12, BrewDog Tokio, Hardcore IPA and Paradox, any version of Woot Stout, all of the Avery Beast series as well as Pumpkyn and Rumpkyn, St. Arnolds Pumkinator, Rogness Titanoboa, Habanero Sculpin, Odell's Dr. Acula, just about any Prairie Bomb!, Real Ale's Imperium and Malka's Dry Stout.

That's not counting dozens of brewpub only beers from places like Pinthouse, NXNW and Chimera or the obvious whales we'll never get in Texas. Beers from Toppling Goliath, Westy, Cantillon, Russian River, the Alchemist, Three Floyds, etc...

edit: Crap, I just realized it's supposed to be an American list. Take out the Belgians, Brewdogs, both sours and Malka. Replace the Belgians with Victory V-12 or Golden Monkey and replace Malka with Wookie Jack

^ Now, that's a list. I'll have to get in to my Beer Advocate account later and post my top picks.

We have opposite taste but i can appreciate a beer fanatic.

I have to admit that i have a fear of signing up to those apps, untapped especially, because it just feels like evidence.

Dos equis. Ice cold at twin peaks is the only way I drank beer.

It is a little risky, especially since the wife and I usually tag each others beers. I think I checked in 40 beers at the last Beerfeast. I wasn't driving though.

You and slow99 should date. You both have passive aggressiveness down pat.

Or a sticky in the Food one, along with the whisky thread.

My patience is being put to a great test, as well. I'm sitting on a nice mix of #'s 2-4 that I've been saving until momma can drink again, which won't be until probably this time next year.

Have you tried the Ambar? That is definitely my favorite.

Yep. She's seen all the harder to find stuff I've scored over the last 6 months and it would be real dick move to drink them without her. This just gives them time to age.

Congrats- I just had my first grandbaby this week. Understand not breaking those open without her. You will have some quality beverages to celebrate when the time comes.
