As a side gig? How much does the insurance company pay you per job? How many can you do a day? What sort of expenses involved?

Most people I talk to have nothing but good things to say about you, but you sure come across as a condescending prick. Do you have an inferiority complex you've attempted to overcome through overachievement? Or were you fondled as a child?

You and slow99 should date. You both have passive aggressiveness down pat.

The bar business is VERY tough. The first one I ran survived, that is about all. The second one has now become quite successful. The operating owner has made social media his gold mine. From the door guy to every bar tender you hire feeling like they have the perfect way to make a little extra. Your friends always wanting to drink for free, and the state wanting their part, every way they can get it. When I was the Ops Manager, we had a hard time with the financial owner providing operating capital for necessary items, compound that with losing 10k in a mo th on live music, and I wouldn't have been surprised if they went under 6 months after I left....That was in Feb 2010.

Why on earth I get the urge to open one myself from time to time is way beyond me...maybe a tiki hut in the tropics during the peak season and a place state side in the off months....jet set bartender.....

They pay on average 60 bucks, went out yesterday for 3 hours with another franchisee and he made 500 bucks, looked easy as fuck. Overhead is low.

I've watched like 15 episodes of Bar Rescue.. If anyone needs advice, let me know, as I now feel like an expert.
