Hey guys, I'm looking for about 1200sqr ft to open a small off-road/jeep shop. I'm posting here because I'm not finding anything through realtors or CL or anything else that I know of (facebook, loopnet, etc.,) so I'm hoping maybe someone knows of someone or somebody that has something for lease that's just not being published.
We're just going to be doing bolt on installs for jeeps (lifts, bumpers, lights, wheels, tires, etc.,) no engine over-haulling or anything like that. All jobs will be a 1/2-1 day jobs so don't need a whole lot of space to park vehicles outside or anything like that. Anything left over night will be kept inside.
I'm looking anywhere off 35E north of 635 and south of lake Lewisville. Must have ceiling height for a 2 post lift. Cities i'm interested in would be Carrollton, Farmers Branch, Lewisville, Little Elm, Frisco areas.
