When something like that happens and I am delayed for whatever reason, I try to think maybe it is for a reason. Perhaps if I were a second/minute/hour earlier to some place, I might be right in the path of a vehicle running a light, a stray bullet, or some other calamity. It has helped me immensely in dealing with stress when delayed for things.

Helping an older Lady

I would bet anything that all those people in line and the one's behind the counter all voted for Buckwheat. You did the right thing, and don't forget it.
