Not that I'm aware of. By empire, I'm referring to the rapid growth and number of restaurants they had back when they were the only game in town.

I went to the TP in Bedford a while back. Sat with a group for 15 minutes without ever being approached for a drink order, let alone food. All of the staff were too busy sitting on everyone elses laps. I can go to an actual strip club for that level of service.

I've never had poor service at any location, though I never went to Bedford. They have always been very attentive in my experience, even when they're slammed.

That one closed because of the construction and all management, and vendors knew the closing date

It'd be difficult to top the EYC.

As for replacing the Twin Peaks I can't think of too many businesses that'd jump at the chance. It's a very large facility and Waco already has a new Cabelas and Gander Mtn, there is a BJs down the street, as well as a Rudy's, Texas and Logan's Roadhouse. Anyone opening would have to compete with George's Bar and good luck with that in Waco. I doubt the city would let another breastaurant open. Maybe if they gave Bob's or Del Frisco free rent for a while.

TP seems to have the worst service of the bunch. Last 2x I've been to the one in Mesquite the service was crap because these chicks get some goober on the hook next table over who thinks they have a chance.

Yep, and Bone Daddy's has the best food of the breastaurants, imo.
