Now I know there are MC's that aren't violent but make the rule for everybody and it will work itself out. They aren't allowed to wear their colors in bars in Sturgis so why can't they have the same rules here.

Boondocks on eagle mountain lake is this way. no cuts allowed they have signs posted in the parking lot and the entrance.

The business must simply post, for instance, a dress policy for service. Think "No Shirt, No Shoes, No Service". Another example is the 30.06 sign. Violation of either and refusing to leave when asked to do so by the establishment constitutes trespassing, at which point police are authorized to act accordingly.

Considering it's a bar, I would assume they already had a 51% sign banning guns.

Thats what i was thinking...just like no plain colored t's or gang colors allowed in bars.

Ive bever had anything to do with gangs but have been refused entrance into bars for wearing plain colored V necks.

I don't know the restaurant industry but I can see Twin Peaks being under 51% assuming most people eat a meal and only have 2 drinks.

                • Yall may be right. I'll have to look next time I'm in the Odessa one, but pretty much everyone in the place has a drink in hand and usually stays for more than 2.

Ok, I can see that. "No biker leathers". As Kris says below.

Twin Peaks serves food too. 51% sign is ONLY if sales of alcohol is greater than 51% of total income. So, they must sell more munchies than booze.

I don't handle them so I don't know their split, but I can tell you that food/alcohol splits are fudged in nearly all establishments, for various reasons.

Pfft...there's post out there citing the bias in police since they didn't use tear gas and bring out the National Guard to quell the white folk getting violent.
