Police asked them to turn them away, and refuse them service. From what I gather, they were in communication with LE, and there were multiple LEO's in and around the place. LEO's knew that his was going to happen, but are blaming Twin Peaks for it going down? They were in a No-Win either way.
I asked that in the other thread. What was that Twin Peak supposed to do?
    Turn them away? For what?
Hire security and who's gonna pay for that? The city?

I don't think anyone seriously expected an all out biker brawl to start. Management at Twin Peaks obviously could have been more proactive but how do you shut down your busiest night?

From my understanding the Cossacks and Scimitars are a local group that have been recruiting very heavily in the area and the Bandidos and their affiliates decided to have a talk and it escalated into a brawl.

This was going to happen somewhere, Twin Peaks just happened to be the lucky winner. I doubt it's over with.

If the police are warning you about gangsta bikers that they're concerned about, the police should turn them away not the establishment. Why would some twin peaks manager thousandaire want to risk his life telling bikers they're not welcome? That's just stupid. If the police don't want these people around that's what they're paid to handle and they should do it.

Very strict standards to get in but after the academy you're on your own. That guy is a disgrace.

News of more biker gangs were there:
              ...
Authorities said it appears one gang set up the other after arranging a meeting. Multiple police sources told the Waco Tribune it was a fight between the Cossacks and the Bandidos. Based on their leathers, it appears the Scimitars, Los Pirados, the Veterans, and the Leathernecks were also involved.
              ...
Nine bikers died and 18 were hospitalized following the violent confrontation that spilled out into the parking lot of a restaurant in Waco, Texas on Sunday.

I passed two guys headed out of Waco wearing "Dem Boyz" patches and saw another pair pulled over with green lettering but couldn't read it. I'm guessing it was Boozefighters based on the color. So add at least two more to what the media is saying.

Until an actual crime has been committed, what authority would police have for turning away customers that a private business welcomes into their establishment? The business itself first bears the responsibilty to make a complaint that customers are trespassing or violating some establishment policy or policies.

And until such violation, how's business to turn people away? As I said, the discrimination lawsuits would be rampant. "Oh, you looked like a criminal biker..."

I don't think he was there. I didn't see any new reports of mirrors being kicked off.

Seems simple to me. You refuse service to anybody wearing a cut which is just their gang colors in reality. Most biker groups won't go anywhere they can't wear them. Now I know there are MC's that aren't violent but make the rule for everybody and it will work itself out. They aren't allowed to wear their colors in bars in Sturgis so why can't they have the same rules here.
