LEO tossed a awfully big net on this one. Bad news for those that where there not causing any trouble.

I wonder how big the counter suit is going to be when these charges start getting dropped?

It's going to be huge. Just think how many of those people have lost their jobs over this.

Where would you hide it, in your ass? Once you're detained they take all your possessions and inventory your vehicle before it goes to the impound. No real opportunity to "hide" anything.

Up loading it to youtube would have been the best tactic vs stuffing a camcorder up your ass; unless you just like that sort of thing.
Magnus, I am your father. You need to ask your mother about a man named Calvin Klein.

When gunfire breaks out, the last thing i'm worried about is filming and/or uploading anything to the internet. and yes, i have an affinity for stuffing handycams in my poopshoot.

Have you TRIED uploading shit from your phone to youtube? That shit takes fucking forever sometimes.

And if its a newsworthy one, you better monetize that shit on first upload so you can get the skrilla as well as the licensing for the news outlets.

Don't put that shit up there for free.

                  • Waco is a small town. We interact with folks who are cops and know people good and bad who interact with them daily. Not to mention the Waco PD has a very active twitter page including posting exactly where they are radaring a lot of the time. Very transparent. To call this a conspiracy just shows me that this is a very "cry wolf" behavior nowadays in any police event.

It will probably come out that the police shot most of the bikers but it will also be justified. I can almost guarantee they did not shoot first. Like the other recent events, I'm sure the video will be released to the public eventually and all will be clear.

Additionally, if you were in any of the 4-5 clubs who were wrapped up in the brawl you probably got hauled in. I don't see any issue with that. They're all probably lying at the station so they're not doing the fellow bikers who were not involved any favors.

Almost guarantee? If you believe in them so hard why not give us the full money back guarantee.

True, you might not get the opportunity to hide anything. But you just might observe them doing it to others first. I don't know where they were being questioned and illegally searched. But if any of it went on while they were still inside, there may have been some chance to stuff the phone somewhere. Depending on where they were outside, there also may have been an opportunity there as well. Either way it was illegal, since bystanders and people recording aren't breaking the law. So I'd have a clear conscience lying out my ass to them.

Nice. Nope, not saying I know for sure, just think that it is very unlikely. I was there immediately after it happened and there were far too many possible witnesses to hide something big like that. Those folks surely would have been posting all over the internet by now. The police did not detain everyone who could have witnessed the whole thing.

As for video...you could pretty easily record it and immediately get it on it's way to a buddy or YouTube with a few clicks. It would still be processing while it was locked and the screen was off. Not sure how many average phone users would know to do this though.

                          • I'm not sure about you folks, but I usually don't reach for my phone in a gun battle. I'd be getting the fuck out of there or returning fire.

No but I took one and said "Damn, if I ever get called out on DFWStangs I better have a pic"!

Edit: the timestamp on the photo is 5/17/2015 12:56PM. We saw everyone run out of the stores down the way and drove over there a few minutes later not knowing how bad it was.
