  • Maybe the impound yards will add a "Security Surcharge" just for good measure!

I did look. From what I can tell it can not be a stand alone charge and can only be used in conjunction with other charges.

Are you trying to say Texas judges can't order an injunction?

An injunction against what? I am saying that a judge can not order an injunction that will make a law that doesn't apply to a set of actions suddenly apply. A judge is just a referee to make sure that both sides play by the rules in the court room.

As of 10 minutes ago I didn't see any motorcycles in the Twin Peaks parking lot.

Also as far as legal proceedings go they'll be tried in the McClennan County court system. The good ole boy network is in full effect here, if nothing else they'll be sitting in jail for a long time until one of the judges feels like hearing cases.

Probably not as much as you are trying to rely on for your argument.

I really want to know how much they are going to charge in storage fees and what not lol, just like you said they will be sitting there for awhile.

I did see something about some bikers that just happened to pull up as the shooting started and now they are sitting in jail too.

                            • Im not sure if you have ever had a car impounded, but you can usually get it out before you get out of jail. I also dont see anyone who owns an impound lot not realizing how silly it would be to try to charge the bandido's any type of outrageous fee, for fear of their lives/property.

There is a whole lot of that being reported now that names have been released. Christian MCs, Veteran MCs, etc. I'm betting Waco PD has some lawsuits coming their way.

This whole situation is very odd. Patel and Chalak Mitra got railroaded by the WPD, media, and Twin Peaks. The guy owns in excess of 250 restaurants. I question whether he had any knowledge of this at all, or if all of the statements coming from Waco Police were in regards to store management staff. VSeems many innocent bikers got railroaded by the police. I'm still curious if any bikers actually fired at police, because witnesses have claimed they didn't. Of course, I wouldn't expect the police to tell the truth about any of this, especially since it is in National News.
