WTF is up with the auto-playing ads at the bottom?

I've not come across this issue. Are they videos or something?

Possible explanation why I haven't seen them: Ghostery, ABP, VIP member, no virus/spyware/malware. YMMV

The silent ads don't bug, but this auto-playing video about Sea World is getting on my last nerve. Yes, it shows up at the very bottom of threads and even the thread list pages.

Ad Block plus is a free plug-in for chrome. It's currently showing 4 blocked items on this page.

I just opted out of content-based advertising in the Chrome settings, we'll see if that works. I'll try Ad block next if need be.

I have not run into them either, ad's are becoming the only way this place is staying alive, several of the local advertisers on here have had to cancel because of the quality of the clients they are getting from the site so I have been working on other ways to keep this place alive and trying very hard to make it non obtrusive. Auto playing audio ad's are bullshit though, if anyone else is getting them, let me know.
