        It's a new housing development by MainVue homes that will be named Creekside at Colleyville. MainVue is a home builder expanding into Texas from Australia and Japan.

          I stumbled upon the Creekside name but it appeared to be going north on heritage. I wasn't sure if the site on Cheek Sparger was part of it or not. From what I could tell, these homes will be in the 4000 square foot range
