    LMAO @ Gary

That's certainly not a bad price. GTs seem to sticker around 40 though, and let's be honest: ecoboost is neat-o, but I'd have to have the V8. A sub-30k GT must be stripped with no options or the dealers are finally dealing on them.

I have yet to see a sub $30k GT 5.0, but heres a stripped down 5.0, no leather, 6-speed manual for $33k.

The gt's I have seen in the 30 range were no option/mt. That said they are still a nice car at the base model. What all do you really need to enjoy a muscle car? I change half of the stuff on my mustangs anyways, so a base model will work for me.

As a matter of fact I hate the rear bumper cover on the 13-14's. I can live with it in SVT Cobra mode since the dual exhaust tips are to die for. Other than that they are the same car, I think I read somewhere that they did some re-tuning to get a few more ponies out of the 13-14's but other than that they are the same car...
Thats right...the 10-12's have different tail-lights and lower part of the rear bumper I believe is diff too..But I dont know I really like the grill area on my 14 (where the fogs go) vs the 10-12's. But the lower part of both front and rear bumpers on 10-12's do look better now that I recall.

To me the 05-09 looks like a fresh idea that was done right, 10-12 & 13-14 it looks like they had to change things every couple of years so they tweaked a few things but ended up making them look worse and worse. Obviously the newer you get the better the performance but the 05 is a nice balance for me.

The cam phasers and the spark plugs both usually crap out at 100K. Other than that, I haven't heard anything horrible about the 3V motors.

Oh yeah - there's that. The 3v engine doesn't like to give up its spark plugs easily.

There's a tool for it, though!

Yeah, I've heard of that stuff, and while its a pain in the ass, none of that should kill a motor.

I've had my 07 about a year and don't think I will be selling it. I've replaced just about everything on the suspension to fix all of the known issues and just did new plugs and coil packs and it is a blast as a daily driver. Night and day difference compared to the foxes I've had in the past.
