Once upon a time in a San Antonio long ago, Bill Miller's used to be pretty good and really unique in that it was "fast food" barbeque. Now it just pretty much sucks. Outside of that your best bet is to haul your ass into the hills around the city and find some guy that has a smoke pit and a sign out.
