I firmly believe that we're all "fucked up," it's just a matter of to what degree.

Definitely seek some help and I'll pray for you for what it's worth.
Heck, I even sit in church sometimes and think about what I would do if someone ran towards the stage with a gun. I even get graphic enough in my head thinking about poking eyes out if needed, etc. I also shoot missiles in my head frequently at cars in front of me while on the road. Damn left lane 55mph people.
Everyone has random, crazy thoughts every now and then. It's just keeping them separate from reality that is the most important thing obviously.Ford

I'm being totally serious here and don't mean any of this in the wrong way...BUT,
I figured everyone had thoughts like this. I've had similar thoughts of bashing in the head of the douche that just cut me off in traffic and other sex acts like what you described. But I also thought that the difference between a psychotic person and a sane person is having the ability to know how/when to turn that off.
You kinda sound like you're close to losing that ability... I hope you find some quality help. Seriously.

Have to. There are other things, I think we all have our ticks and nuances, they just get labeled at this point.

The true key is just not acting on the thoughts. I realize they are fucking crazy thoughts and have never once acted on them, but sometimes they are so vivid they will give me like a mini panic attack and I will stay up forever. The ones that are about my own death are the ones that really get me. This all stems back to when my brother was killed in a wreck when I was a kid.
