              Mix between sidewalk, crushed granite and just trails.

              Shoes are either a light running shoes or cross trainer depending on route. Weather...well it's Texas... So depends on the day. But as of late very windy.

                      The most miserable run that I have ever had was on flat ground. I rented a beach house somewhere on the gulf one year and had my GF drop me off up the road with the intent off running back to the house.
