Petty stuff at first. Skunk cover scent poured at the base of the windshield, loosening every lug nut, and draining the oil out of the dif and transfer case. After that I would start doing some serious harm.

Also, if someone parks in front if your house and isn't blocking access to the walk up to your house, or your driveway, or your mailbox, then there's really nothing that can be done. Is it annoying? Absolutely, it is. I think I would lose my shit, though, if someone were parking on my grass and causing damage to this beautiful dallisgrass I have been cultivating.
Hey my house isn't all that but I take care of my stuff. I expect others to show the same respect for my property as I do for theirs

Actually laying your hands on someone elses property just might result in serious consequences, or "serious harm" as you put it, except when it's only proposed to be done virtually on an internet forum such as in your case.

I am a risk taker and would deal with the consequences if it came down to that.

                      Haha svo is aweaome.

This is yet again another example of why a strong HOA isn't pure evil. Someone parking in front of my house? No problem...we have a no street parking policy and you'll get a nice fine...every time...until theres a lein on your shit. Luckily I don't have to deal with the people Yale mentioned. And thats the problem with saving money on a house...your chances of careless white trash next door go up exponentially with each drop of a tax bracket. I will always strive to be the poor kid in the neighborhood.

I'm not sure you can really do anything but complain about any of those situations either. The mail carrier can write them a note and refuse to deliver but that's about it.

There is probably some kind of city ordinance against parking on curbs and on a lawn though. If they are really doing any damage he should get a ticket and his liability insurance should be involved.

My advise would be to either park something there yourself or invest in some landscaping boulders.

A bona fide risk taker would do the "petty stuff" you proposed in the presence of the property (in this case vehicle) owner. A wanna-be risk taker would do so behind the property owners back, or as is likely the case here a faux risk taker would only post on the internet about doing so.

Most people I talk to have nothing but good things to say about you, but you sure come across as a condescending prick. Do you have an inferiority complex you've attempted to overcome through overachievement? Or were you fondled as a child?

You and slow99 should date. You both have passive aggressiveness down pat.

If I wanted to be direct I would call the dude out for a fight. The "Petty" stuff could be things that did not need a human hand to happen and the results are fun to watch. I have gone both routes in my time including the things that I described but not for something as minor as a parking dispute.
